| [#23] Epos 同好會 I am using Primare I30 and TL51XR now. But spk has been changed to Vienna Acoustic Hydan Sign. I miss my Epos ES11 so much. Hydan is a smooth and outstanding spk. It seems to have high extend in both high and low. But it misses the magical mid of Epos. Epos has the most natural vocal I have ever met! Open, live, and full of motion! |

| [#27] Epos 同好會 Have broken in my M12.2 now, and it is sounding good! Quite a flat freq response- I guess that is what you guys mean by "monitor-sound". This is quite good, because my previous set of speaker had the "upper bass trick" which boost mid/upper bass to make bass seem bigger. At first i also thought that the M12.2 didnt have great bass. But then I put on some bass-heavy music, like drum n bass, and the bass was certainly decent, tight and full, though not v deep. I think this is part of the monitor-feel of the M12.2- it doesnt create bass where there is none in the recording. The M12.2 is also quite transparent, very detailed and airy. It has a very clean, open sound. |
