| [#5] Lumin Android app Since the iPad app has been in development for far longer time, the iPad app is indeed more stable. Since Lumin is OpenHome compliant, other OpenHome compliant apps can also control Lumin players, including playback of both files from NAS or streaming services like Tidal or Qobuz. Lumin Android app is usable even if is not perfect. As alternatives, both Linn Kazoo app and Bubble DS Next app will also work. | [#7] Lumin Android app Hi wklie, A great news that I tried turn off all battery optimization on Android for this app, it work more stable! Of course, force close still found sometimes. I had tried other openhome app, but not as good as Lumin. Lumin app really the best I found! It look good, had great outline and more convenience on operation. Hope Lumin can put more effort and continue this great app on Android system. Thanks –----------------------------------- Bug report: In the latest Android, with latest firmware on D2, the volume on/off option cannot be function properly. The volume control always show even turn it off in option. |

But the output level is very low (unacceptable auditon level), will this also happen when using other control app? Currently I don't have any Lumin device on hand so I cannot try it out first, thanks. |

| [#15] Lumin Android app Normal OpenHome or UPnP music apps should not have volume issue as long as the Lumin volume is kept at 100%, or is disabled. If you're using an Apple device to play music to Lumin D1, you may be using AirPlay.
