用家意見	If you find that the volume is low and there is no bass, all of you can use another headphone. Because I find the headphone provided by AWIA is poor. After changing another headphone ( Sony & Panasonic ), The bass was improved and the Volume has little bit higher ( But not so much ). For Headphones, I forget my model number. So, I cannot advise. Anyway, It was cost me between HK&100 - HK$120 2 years ago.
