用家意見	hi, everyone in an usa website called 'home theater spot' someone offers one way to know firmware version of your dvd963sa. the original text is as below: version: 1. go to user preferences 2. go down until you see "access control" on the right hand side 3. move over to the right hand window and then keep moving down 4. when you try to go beyond the last option, the version will "magically" appear. i see mine. it's "4.81.22 servo 7.12.0 good luck
