用家意見	This AX10Ai is the best value flagship AV amp. The construction and the build quality are top notch and impressive. I bought it to replace my old Denon AVC3800 in November 2006. Sonically it is very airy, smooth, spacious, detailed, musical, very powerful, and extremely dynamic. Nothing short of amazing. It has more a HiFi quality than the AV sound quality (Denon AV sound tuning is still the best in my view among the Japanese manufacturers). Moving from Denon camp to the Pioneer's, I was not comfortable at first but now I learn to live with the Pioneer sound. It is both a pleasure to listen in both low and high volume. However I still miss the Denon AV sound. I use a good i-link cable (SAEC) between the Pioneer DV989 and the AX10. The result can only be described as a "transformation", and is better than any coaxial (even Kimble) by a big margin. The original i-link cable provided with the DVD989 is better kept in the box.In a nutshell, the Pioneer combo is a perfect! Why I buy this amp so late and not wait for the HDMI 1.3 equipped ones which bare the latest decoding from DTS and Dolby? I want to enjoy my DVD collection today and not wait another day to enjoy the home movie experience. I was going to replace my very old AV speakers as well (MB Quart), but now with the new Pioneer combo making them sound entirely different and refreshing we decide to keep them until the next Blu-ray or HD DVD upgrade. If you buy now I don't think you need to pay the HK$16,000. My two thumbs up!
