用家意見	3 months ago, I bought a 37" Samsung LCD TV. Of course it broke down after a month. Unfortunately, it broke down after the 10 days replacement period so I have to call Samsung CS for service. They did come but only to tell me it cannot be fixed because they don't have parts. AFTER 2 MONTHS, still no parts nor any expected date to have parts. Just can't take this anymore and have to let everyone knows how bad Samsung's customer service is.
